Has over 10 years of experience in loan origination, review, processing and administration, credit administration, and microlending. She also has extensive experience in assessing agribusinesses. Her versatility in various Nigerian languages is a major strength that aids her ability to manage clients and SMEs.

Has a strong background in corporate finance and investment. She has worked on various multimillion-dollar transactions as the lead financial analyst.  Under Fund One, Oyinda serves as an investment officer, analyzing and structuring transactions. 

Victor is a versatile team member with experience in Human Capital Management, Finance, Information Technology, and Strategy development. He is the lead analyst on our 'access to finance' project with AGRA/USAID . 

With a background in strategic management, innovation, corporate sustainability, and circular economy strategies, Sumbola serves as the process analyst handling the design, improvement, and automation of internal processes. 

A certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst with a legal background. Currently serves as a junior investment analyst on the financial advisory team and has experience in credit risk assessment.
